Simba Technology has Bagged two Key banks with its Que Management Solution and Digital Signage solutions.

Simba’s in-house developed Solution has seen Standard Chartered bank implement in 29 Branches and Co-operative bank Implement in 41 branches.

The objective is to provide the best possible experience for visiting customers, from unmanaged disorderly waiting to customized
reception with active waiting time information. In common with other processes, the reception area must be controlled, managed and monitored to
achieve set objectives, efficiencies and saving costs for the Banks by having an efficient flow of customers.

The solution also provides the banks with effective reports, a workflow, service evaluator and Digital advertising among other benefits.

ABC implements ‘Loan workflow System’ to respond to customers borrowing requests in shortest possible time

ABC bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Kenya and Uganda has implemented, Loan Workflow Solution which will allow the bank to speed up the loan process for its customers and maintain check list of all loan applications – the stage where the application has reached/not reached. This process will also allow them to go to market quickly, with corp loans, Asset Finance, TOD etc. while keeping compliance and procedures in mind. The solution was implemented by Newgen and Simba consultants. Duration: 10 weeks

The solution is being implemented by Simba.
